Aaron has led teams at EarthLink for 11 of his 15 years in the company. His entire career has been dedicated to helping his customers serve their customer better through the innovations driven by cutting edge technologies and telecommunications. Prior to EarthLink, Aaron held leadership roles at Mpower Communications and Nortel Networks. Aaron currently resides in Raleigh, NC and leads customer-focused strategy for the Northeast and Mid Atlantic Regions.
Courtney Collier, Product Manager, Analytics Products, CU Direct
Courtney Collier is the Product Manager of Analytics Products CU Direct. Over the last 5 years he has successfully worked with over 100 credit unions to help manage and develop comprehensive credit risk management programs and strategies. Courtney focuses on using data to make a positive impact on profitability, mitigate risk and drive efficiencies through data-driven decisions and actionable analysis.
Sean Carter, AAP, NCP, President and CEO, NEACH
Sean Carter is President and CEO of NEACH and its’ subsidiary NEACH Payments Group. Sean is responsible for the strategic direction of both companies. Sean is also responsible for ensuring that NEACH Members and clients of the subsidiary have access to high quality products, services and resources. Sean just completed his third term on the NACHA Rules and Operations Committee. Sean is serving his second term on NACHA’s Risk Management Advisory Group. Sean is the past chair of NACHA’s Risk and Quality Rules Work Group. Sean speaks at several conferences across the country including being an annual speaker at the NACHA Payments Conference. Sean received his AAP in 1999 and was re-credited in 2004 and 2009. Sean received his NPC designation in 2016. Sean joined NEACH in 1998.

Nathaniel C. Gravel, Vice President of Information Security & IT, GraVoc Associates, Inc.
Nathaniel C. Gravel, CISA, CISM, CRISC – Nate is the Vice President of Information Security and IT at GraVoc. In this role, he oversees the development and implementation of the information security practice’s three principal service areas: risk management and compliance, IT assurance and cybersecurity, and IT audit. He has a B.A. from Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and a M.A. from Middlebury College. Nate has also earned several industry certifications, including: certified information systems auditor (CISA), certified information security manager (CISM), and certified in risk and information systems control (CRISC) from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He is a regular contributor on matters related to IT and information security for publications such Massachusetts Banker Magazine, Banking New England, and Banker & Tradesman.

Trent Henson, Chief Technology Officer, Pure IT Credit Union Services
Trent has over twenty-seven years of experience designing advanced, network architectures, enterprise applications and web-based data management interfaces that improve business operations, service quality and cost effectiveness. Trent works closely with Pure IT Credit Union Services clients to architect the optimal solutions that improve operational efficiencies and security while containing cost. Trent has held a number of executive positions in the IT industry, where he became an expert in advising clients on strategic technology strategies for promoting business growth. Prior to Pure IT, Trent served as the CIO for Asgard Cloud Services and CTO of a healthcare information company that was a technology offshoot of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He owned his own company, BlueInk Technologies for over a decade after selling his previous partnership, EdView to Apple Computer.
Michael Kannan, Senior Security Consultant, GraVoc Associates, Inc.
Michael J. Kannan, CISSP, C|EH, CCNA Security – Currently in his sixth (6th) year with the GraVoc, Mike is primarily responsible for performing external penetration testing, internal network vulnerability assessment, web application testing, wireless assessment, and other IT assurance testing services. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Networking and Information Systems from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Information Assurance from Brandeis University. He has also earned the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation through (ISC) 2,the Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) version 7 certification through the EC Council, and the Certified Cisco Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) designation from Cisco, along with a variety of other certifications in IT and network security.
John J. Leonard, CPA, MBA Member of the Firm, Wolf & Company, P.C.
John is a Member of the Firm in Wolf’s Financial Institution group and is responsible for managing a team of professionals to ensure that every audit is tailored to the individual needs of his clients. John also leads the Firm’s Northern New England geographic niche team, where he helps determine the strategic direction for the group. John has more than twenty-eight years of experience providing professional services to financial institutions. Olivier was born, raised and schooled in France. His background as Art Director and Creative Director with regional and national agencies includes The One Club’s One Show, CUES Golden Mirrors, CUNA Diamond Awards and BMA Best of Show awards. Raoust’s first exposure to credit unions dates back to 1987, developing Virginia’s Langley Federal Credit Union original, and multi-award winning creative strategy. It was the impetus needed to open Raoust+Partners in 1996, with a singular focus to help credit unions succeed. Known for his passion, curiosity and ability to getting it spot on, Olivier continues to steward brands including Silicon Valley’s AEA Credit Union (now Keypoint CU), New Jersey’s Affinity FCU, Florida’s Innovations FCU and Massachusetts’ Jeanne D’Arc CU among many others.
Jay Tuli, Founder of ZRent and SVP of Retail Banking & Residential Lending at Leader Bank
Jay Tuli is Senior Vice President of Residential Lending & Retail Banking at Leader Bank. Mr. Tuli joined Leader Bank in 2006 when Leader Bank was in its 4th year of operations. In the last decade, Leader Bank has become one of the largest residential lenders in Massachusetts, originating consistently over $2 Billion in annual loan volume. Currently, Leader Bank has grown to $1.2 Billion in Assets.
Mr. Tuli focuses on new product development, growth strategy, recruiting, and overall operations for the Residential Lending and Retail Banking business units of Leader Bank. Through his leadership, he has introduced several successful programs that have helped fuel the Bank’s growth including the Community Bank lending program, ZRent online rent collection for landlords, Zeugma Rewards Checking accounts. Mr. Tuli has also spearheaded the expansion of the Bank’s footprint into the Boston Seaport area.
Previously, he worked at Revolution Partners, a Boston-based boutique M&A advisory firm, and also at JP Morgan in New York as a member of the Private Bank Structured Investments group. Jay Tuli graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a double major in Finance and Technology Management and a minor in Economics. Mr. Tuli earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2011.
Joe Woods, CUDE, Vice President, Sales & Relationship Management, CU24
Joe is a 16 year credit union veteran. He joined the movement through Liberty Enterprises, and later managed correspondent sales for Corporate One Federal Credit Union. In 2009, Joe co-founded Legacy Member Services, a check printer that now serves over 1,000 credit unions across the country. Joe joined CU24 in 2014 where he is responsible for all sales, business development, and credit union outreach activities.
