Small Credit Union Roundtable

Small credit unions have unique challenges. To foster mutual success, the Small Credit Union Roundtable provides an open, cooperative environment for candid discussion of challenges and opportunities, including timely topics submitted by participants.

On February 2nd, Jim Kasch, will join the Small Credit Union group to talk about common challenges credit unions face and proven steps to attract and serve demanding younger consumers and will share what credit unions are doing successfully with his topic “The Future is Here: Helping Your Credit Union Remain Relevant for Years to Come”

Jim Kasch is a former credit union CEO and founder of Canidae Consulting and Member Intelligence Group which is a credit union consulting firm that specializes in member intelligence, strategic plans, Millennial growth strategies, virtual delivery and member engagement. He has more than twenty years of business experience, most of which are with credit unions.

Mid-Size Credit Union Roundtable

The Mid-Size Credit Union Roundtable meets several times a year for networking and discussion of topics relevant to credit unions between $50M and $400M in assets. During their Roundtable they share best practices, and discuss among the group any topics of interest submitted by registrants.

On February 2nd, Jim Kasch, will join the Mid-Size Credit Union group to share a definitive study of consumer behavior that has demonstrated that delighting your members does not lead to loyalty – reducing effort does. By focusing on the wrong things, credit unions tend to waste effort with initiatives and costly giveaways that only marginally increase member loyalty. Instead, we should be working on making it easier to do business with us, which has been shown to increase loyalty and improve financial results with his topic “Stop Trying to Delight Your Members”.
